Solved

Can't Verify Email Address, can't log in to play character over level 20.

Just reached level 20.

Have to verify my email address.

I type in the email at character selection page.

Email arrives to the inbox.

Click on the link in the message.

"A error has occurred."

I log on to swtor website, attempt to verify it through there, same exact problem.

I have tried every email address I own plus created a new, useless email account. Every time I click on the link to verify the address there is a screen that says

  "An error has occurred.

Your email address could not be validated.

Please check the URL and try again."

None of the emails have blocked the Star Wars TOR address for any reason, everything is fine on my end.

I randomly got it to work somehow... Not sure exactly what I did. I think what made the difference was logging off / closing the swtor launcher, then attempting to validate the email through the swtor website. Whereas before I had swtor running in the background at the character selection. During this whole process I also verified my EA account here (not sure if the accounts are linked somehow). So to all those having trouble, try closing everything down in the background then attempt verification through the site...

If not, call support numbers... hopefully this issue gets fixed...

it should normally work when you enter a mail address that is not connected with another account.

Sadly, I am unable to help from here, but please contact our phone support as I am sure they can sort this all out for you @oxxy_moronic@anthonyxhughes and @DarthDanky420.

You can find the numbers over here
