Cartel coins missing

Purchased 2400 cartel coins on steam and purchase says "pending". Its never done this before and its been 15 mins since I bought them. Cant call support and Idk if there's a email I can reach out to either. I'm not a subscriber so I cant get In game support ( which is really dumb ). I just want to change my appearance and get some cosmetics. I tried steam support and everything led me here. I'd appreciate any help.
