Ordered three sets of Cartel Coins yesterday (6/5) and have yet to receive any of them. I do have a ticket open in game but no response as of yet there either, has been several hours since I put it in.

I have had the same issue, put in a ticket in game, I got a response but it told me to respond to the email with screenshots of my purchase, I have the SS's but there is no email to reply to

email is to the same email address mentioned support@swtor.com , ensure the screenshots are uncropped as well
