Cartel Market error 016

Hi, i am recently having an issue due to the fact that the purchase that i made in the Cartel market is having an error. i recently tried to buy a Lightning Weapon Tuning but when clicked the buy button an info box appeared and said there was an error on making the transaction. After the incident, I noticed that the Lightning Weapon Tuning wasn't where it was supposed to be.

And I don't understand how it wasn't there. I looked and confirmed in the ledger and said that i bought it, but the item WASN'T there. Please fix whatever this is ASAP. Because I don't want to miss my chance in getting this item before its gone.

 

 

I have tried searching through the claim items tab or panel, my character's inventory, tried re-launching the client, restarted my computer, it was clearly nothing there.

I have already sent a ticket and an email to [edit: email address removed] and have been waiting 4 days for a reply

Please provide me the item instead of a refund because the direct sale is ending at 22nd of December and i wouldn't like to miss the chance of getting it.
I am trying my best to be patient, hoping that my money for it would not go to waste.
I am unable to contact CS through phone for i have limited phone service.
I have tried every possible way that i can think of for this issue to be resolved. Please halp.

    Thank you for the moderate speed of reply i'm happily to inform that the issue was fixed on December 27-28, 2017 but sadly i didn't got the request that i wanted, but instead they have refunded my CC, that means I didn't got the item, its a bummer but i instead they refunded my CC,

    I used the CC to buy an adaptive armor in the CM, since i don't know when the direct sale of it would come back. Yes, it was a disappointing notice.


    I guess sometimes you won't have what you want in life. ☹️ ☹️

    -Thanks for all the help, really appreciate the concern and thought put in this issue, hopefully these kind of issues would be fixed A.S.A.P in order to avoid not meeting the requirements about the said issue.

    You have done what you can by submitting an ingame ticket so need to wait now

    Welcome to pop back if not resolved correctly once they respond.

    They finally answered my Ticket.
    thank goodness. I thought my patience would ran out before the new year. but thanks to the reply my patience is restored.

    but one thing though. they refunded my CC and didn't provide me the Item. I really liked the item. ☹️ 

    I wonder, if i send another ticket requesting to get an item from the Direct sale of 12/15/2017 - 12/22/2017 would they provide me the item? since the only reason why i bought some CC between the Direct sale was to buy the Tuning. 

    I'm kinda pretty bummed about it. ☹️

    yeah, write another ticket and let me know when you have. I'll leave a note then.

    We sadly have quite the backlog so it might take some time to get the tuning finally.
