Cartel Market Unlock items not applying even though reported as applied

My character on Satele Shan bought 2 unlocks from Galactic Trade Network - Crew Member Appearance Authorization (Account), and Unlock:Quickslots (Account).

⚽ I applied them, and it appeared to work, BUT when I left my stronghold, the unlocks were no longer active. The unlocks subsequently (and without system message) appeared in Cartel Market Claims.

🏈 I took the new unlocks from Cartel Market claims and tried to apply again. Same thing happened -- unlocks applied, but when I left my stronghold, they were no longer active. This time, NO items appeared in Cartel Market Claims.

Screenshot attached showing Unlocks were claimed, reported as applied successfully, but actually not active.

A similar situation occurred on another of my characters who purchased an Unlock:Inventory Module (Account).

I also have a video of my character applying the unlocks and they subsequently disappeared. Can upload if necessary but it is quite big.

    Sadly there is a bug working against you here.

    Please send an mail to support@swtor.com explaining which unlocks you bought, remember Char Names and Server, and that should be fixed in a few days because there is still a backlog on tickets.

  • Yes, Ahrngrim, it is OBVIOUS that there is a bug.

    Please do not provide such non-answers just so you can spam your referral link all over these forums.

    This is a known issue as mentioned by @Ahrngrim

    He is correct on how to get this resolved 

    1. If Subscriber submit an in-game ticket

    2. if not a Subscriber submit an email to support@swtor.com and provide username , server and character and the unlocks purchased. can also supply a Link to this thread if needed.

    If this is not resolved correctly by the ticket please do pop back and mention this and it can be referred from back to CS here as to why it wasn't resolved correctly.
