certificate authentication failed please re-install to correct the problem

Is the time / year correct on that system ? or is the OS XP/Vista ?

the time is well adjusted, and my system is windows 10, with all the updates

well, I went back to the 1909 version of windows 10 and it worked, the problem was that I had already uninstalled the game, now it's time to download it again,what you recommend me to install, , the official version or the steam version, and thanks for your help

They are both the same game if you want the steam achievements then install through steam
