"Certificate authentification failed. Please contact the customer service !"

Hello !

I have a problem playing SWTOR with Linux Ubuntu 16.04 LTS using PlayOnLinux.

The problems started when the launcher-update appeared a couple of days ago.

SWTOR doesn´t started any more since then.

So i uninstalled SWTOR and reinstalled it correctly.

But when i now start SWTOR i am getting the Message "Certificate authentification failed. Please contact the customer service !" or something like that.

When will this be fixed ? What can be done against it ?

At least it is good news, that they are working on it.
Easiest way would be to return to the launcher we had before the problems started a couple of days ago.

Given you are using linux the temp workaround at this link may help if you havent come across it yet

Thank you very much !
This is the link that the custumer support told me in the meanwhile.
And it works for me too, so i can play the game.
At least as long, until this workaround cease to work.
Perhaps i need to buy a windows 10 - computer after all, if they cannot develop a permanent solution.
