Chapter XI: Disavowed is apparently bugged. My character stands there with the conversation bubble over his head yet the conversation/cinematic never begins. With this bug I can't start the chapter or continue the story line because I CANT GET PAST THIS. Game breaking in my opinion.

I have the same problem, the cutscene never loads after entering the war room and my character is stuck with the [...] bubble.
I've opened a ticked yesterday but haven't received any answer yet.

I can confirm this has been raised to studio, sadly there's no known workarounds yet.
Have the same problem, i have noticed that Chapter 1 The Hunt has appeared back on my mission terminal in the ship.
I have tried to start and abandon it and also completed it again, but still keeps appearing back read along time ago that this causes issues with the story line.
Have an ongoing ticket for 3 days but no reply as of yet.
I have questions and just want to yell a little too 🙂 but with the chapter, x speak with Theron bug. I have seen posts for the same thing in forums and other pages going back to 2016 saying exact issue. Now you respond that they know about it and no resolution yet... OK so my concern is if this kind of goes back for years, then why is it still a problem? why can't you just go into accounts and auto-complete them so we can continue? why can't you roll back the update and when you find the solution then update again? I know bugs happen and it takes time, but I left long ago when the bugs started getting ignored and when normal tickets took max 2-4 days, but when there is a problem the tickets get ignored. So I come back, add more time to sub, add CC, encourage old members to return and now again we are stuck and getting the runaround/ignored. So I would like an answer and if you cant fix it I want my story progressed so I can continue to play the game. If I get stuck and forced to just sit here and twiddle my thumbs and play multiple toons into the same bug. I wouldn't care if the option to skip or if you auto progresses me to next part, but I'm feeling like I regret coming back. I'm asking myself should I just give up, dispute all the $$ I just spent last several months and log out and play another game again. I don't like that feeling and I don't like when part of a game is broken and you keep releasing new content. If you play from start to end to reach new content you are stuck, so what purpose of the updates? Very turned off.
