Truth be told, I don't have that information anymore and if it is deleted after a time of inactivity it is harsh to expect such.
Characters are never deleted due to inactivity. At most the name of the character name may have been taken if the last time you played was before the server merger years ago but other then that, characters themselves aren't.
I would double check to ensure there isn't a different email that may be associated to that account and character. If so I would try to do a forgot your password with any email you may have had to get logged back into that character.
