Character extinction

Can you explain disappear ? so you deleted the character ? 

If you didn't delete the character are you sure you are still logging into the right account ? 

And the right server too, i thought it is because of some game updating, in launcher were mentioning about it, plz can u help me

No characters are deleted unless you have deleted them , if it seems all characters on an account are gone it is usually because somehow you have 2 accounts and have logged into a different one hence why the character is no longer there

have a close look at the username and see if you have any emails that mention a different username 

I have only one accaunt, only one character was, and now its gone, plz give me administration contact, only he can help me.

You can send an email to support@swtor.com with a description of your the character you're missing (name, level, server, class, species, etc.) and our In-Game Support might be able to investigate. If the character requires a restoration, this is only offered to subscribers.
