Character extinction

Good morning, help me please, how to write a letter to star wars administration? My character disappeared a week ago.

You can send an email to support@swtor.com with a description of your the character you're missing (name, level, server, class, species, etc.) and our In-Game Support might be able to investigate. If the character requires a restoration, this is only offered to subscribers.
