character is sluggish and delayed
since the new patch my fps goes from 60fps down to 2or3 just running my character freezes same thing with combat completely unplayable. was fine before 3.3.2 but since downloading it and playing cant...

Are you 100% certain the game is using AMD Radeon R7 M260 and not the Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
Do you have the option to disable the 5500 whilst leaving the R7 active ? sorry not overly familiar with the S50-B so not 100% sure how they have the dual gfx setup
This appears to be a newer intel driver
owen no idea mate willing to try if you give me a step guide on what graphics card to choose

Right mouse click on the game shortcut is their an option to run using the performance card ?
Can try the most obvious way to tell though
Press the Windows Key and Type device manager , then run device manager that should be listed
scroll down to display adapters , you should in theory see 2 listed , right mouse click on the intel one and select disable
if there is any issues from this you will likely need to go into safe mode and re-enable
ciate your help but have nfi about what I'm doing. would uninstalling the intel graphics work?. swtor has no options to run other then by administrator which is already doing so
Did you try disabling in device manager ?
only intel things I can see is intel dynamic application loader host interface, intel local management service, intel wireless Bluetooth itb siva service. and something with identical looking logo to intel graphics but its called igfxTray I'm assuming this is the one? sorry to waste your Saturday night but appreciate the help mate

I guess the next thing to try is disable the intel video card and leave the AMD one enabled and see if any change
there was a change but not exactly what I was hoping for it hovered around 5-10fps without going higher at all. don't know whats up it worked fine before there latest patch

Looks like it is controlled in the catalyst control center , will look at the driver being used initially
you can access it by right-clicking on the Windows desktop and selecting the AMD Catalyst™ Control Center. Once the AMD Catalyst Control Center is open, you will find a Power section, and under that, select Switchable Graphics Global Settings.
Can you install this driver
The one listed in the dxdiag doesn't match for some reason
15.7.1 should list as AMD Catalyst™ Display Driver version 15.20.1062.1004 in the dxdiag
The driver you have installed was dated 10 days ago ..... so if this started within the last 10 days maybe related
installed amd driver and one of the intel ones still having same problems

Taking a step back the diag is reporting windows update failures
Just to check open a command prompt as administrator and type
sfc /scannow
press enter and let it run, see if any errors are reported, also let me know if it cant repair any errors
found no errors apparently
Recent similar thread here no way the reported clock is real
Just to confirm there is no change between window mode , fullscreen (window) and fullscreen mode ?
Have you tried applying a compatibility mode of say Win 7 to the game shortcut ?
Try a BIOS reset back to defaults just in case
no idea how to do any of what you said sorry mate this aint my field of expertise. will try after I patch the game
