character stuck on Hoth
i have 3 character stuck on the loading screen to the planet Hoth. Everytime i trying getting on them im send to my desktop with a error report can i please get then sent to the fleet or something.

try a game repair per this guide
Most issues of loading into hoth is due to systems below the minimum game requirements, in particular dedicated Vram of 1GB required
Try lowering all gfx settings to low, or accessing another computer system to load into the game
Failing that you can email support@swtor.com and request the characters to be moved to fleet, but without establishing the reason this can reoccur againare you able to provide a dxdiag per this guide, support are investigating those with issues like this
