Character suddenly stopped moving PLEASE HELP

First of all, I was super excited to play SWTOR, and I'm really disappointed that I may not be able to continue with this character. Basically, my character just stopped walking suddenly, and now she won't move. I'm not stuck in terrain or anything, just standing there in the middle of a cave. I feel like i've tried everything to fix it, including:

  • restarting the game
  • restarting my computer
  • entering /stuck in chat
  • going to the starfighter hangar then closing it
  • tried to 'repair' on the launch screen, but it wouldn't let me

I should also note that I am NOT tech-savvy, so if you have any suggestions, can you please lay it out very clearly? Thanks.

    Hang on, I restarted the mission and it unstuck me. But thanks so much! I'll keep this in mind if it happens again!

    @JediGirl8

    Game repair will be by the following for non streaming launcher which is now the default install, signified by the letters ST on the lower left of the launcher.

    close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

    I've already delated the bitraider folder. It didn't help.

    Can i confirm it is just that character ?

    Does that character have the ability to quick travel out or travel to fleet ?

    What is your swtor username and the affected characters name ?

    There is 2 ways to go proceed and think chase both, one is I can flag this for investigation when one of the CS come online.

    The other is submit an email from the email address associated with the swtor account to support@swtor.com 

    Detail the character and that it is unable to move, can also provide a link to the thread in the email.

    There is a backlog at present so It could take around 5 days to get a response to the email unfortunately, but given the unusual situation, I want to flag this thread as well as it is odd what has occurred.

    Swtor username, Server , character and that you would like the character relocated outside the mission
