Character will not load in after Emergency Fleet beacon use.

Decided to come back to Swotr , played about a hour thought I would use the Emergency fleet beacon to go back to fleet check things out.. and My character all of sudden won't load.   The load bar at the bottom of the screen gets about 3/4 and then nothing.. for ever... until I force close the game. 

My other character , works fine , and was able to use fleet beacon to go back.. but I would like all my characters to work.

any suggestions, I have reinstalled the game, checked the file integrity , tried through all the various launchers.. 

Help would be appreciated
