Charector Stuck in Space

Wanted to start playing again last night after a couple years.  When I log in to what was my main, he is stuck in space, and continuously dies due to fall damage.  Not sure if there is a way around this

    Run a game repair

    Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
    If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.
    Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
    select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher
     
    Then use something like travel to stronghold or enter a warzone to pull the character out

    do you have an emergency  fleet pass and do you get enough time to click on it to get to the fleet ?

    could be a graphics issues though and may need to repair the game tagging another awesome player/helper  to assist
