Color Crystals Now Require Artifact Equipment Authorization

@b_took Yeah it looks like I got some crossed wires, resetting seems to have no effect.

If anyone else encounters this if they could post the item, its quality (green, blue, orange and so on) and its acquisition location (cartel market/fleet vendor/etc) that should help.

Also I'm assuming folks encountering this are currently Preferred status, is that the case?
