Companion Deployment Regressed?

Question

I have a Level 70 Maurader and its only letting me send out a max of 3 companions at a time, its saying it will let me
have more when my level increases
but my level isn't going to.
I am not a sub so I have no idea who to talk to cause EA sucks and literally is making people pay for customer support.

CS is available here if needed, my understanding though is that preferred are limited to able to deploy 3 companions, to deploy more you will need to subscribe.
