Companions Custimizations missing.

Hi there!I sent a ticket in-game about my Companions Custumizations being gone after I started The Knights of the Fallen Empire on my Imperial Agent character. But I did get an automated answer that it is not an in-game ticket issue and that I should report a bug instead. I do understand that /bug issues goes directly to development QA team and can be faster resolved as a bug.But that will probably not give me back my customizations I am missing.Companion Custumization items that are missing:Scorpio customization 2Vector Hyllus customization infected and gear I had on him.Eckard Lokin customization and gear I had on him.Ensign Temple customization and gear I had on her.Kaliyo customization and gear I had on her.I might get back the customization and gear from the companions that yet has not been introduced through the new story when they are introduced through the new story again. But how will I know that will happan now? Should I not be able to use the gear now Before I get that companion back?What else route is there for me to take to get the customizations back?They promised items from companions would return to you in inventory or recovery mail in game. Many items have. But not these and who know what else stuff&nbsp;I have not noticed yet.Small tip to others.If you have any plans to start Knights of the Fallen Empire on a character, unequip anything from companions you want to keep.&nbsp;Since there is a chanse those items will never come back to you again. &nbsp;

Got an update and solution to a part of the issue on my own problems :D

If your companions have not yet gotten introduced through the new story in Knights of the Fallen Empire they will be found in Companions & Contacts menu -> Unavaible Companions

Then if you choose one of your companions, look at top right corner and you will find a small box you can click "reclaim inventory items" and your companion items will end up in inventory or mailbox.

So a big part of my issue is resolved by doing this. Except for the customization Scorpio had on her. Since I have gotten her through the storyline I can no longer click "reclaim inventory items" box to get her gear. So I have still no way to getting her customization that is completely gone.

Any thoughts or help on how would be much appreciated.

Also a small rant on customer support that is answering in-game tickets. Giving good Support would be nice if they could just say there is a small box in a window in game to claim back your companoins gear instead of just Close the ticket and tell me to file a bug report! That is the help people should get. Not just copy paste messages and closed tickets. But thats me thinking how good customer service should be.
