Companions lost equipments after character reactivation
Hello,
After a long hiatus I logged in ot SWTOR and reactivated one of my character. Everything looked fine but I noticed, that the companions I have lost a lot of equipment (armor, weapons). Not all of them. Some just a weapon or pants, one everything. I looked into it and I found that a few years back was a patch that changed the companions and people reported similar issues.
I only checked one of my character, but I guess the others probably has the same issue.
So, what can I do now? How can I get the lost equipment back, or get it from somewhere else?
Check your character's in-game mail and see if any of the gear was sent there. Also go to the companions window and see if any of the buttons there show the ability to retrieve equipment.
If not then you will either need to do one of the following:
- Subscriber: Submit an in-game ticket to ask the items to be restored.
- Not a Subscriber: email support@swtor.com and provide your server, character name and that you would like the missing companion gear to be restored.
