Connection error after adding 7 day referral code

Used a referral code to get free 7 days sub (account is preferred) shows I have the subscription with 4 days left but trying to login last 3 days I get the attached connection error screen. Allowed ...

I've tried with firewall completely off, made sure ports were all open for SWTOR...don't really have an option to try another ISP but I'll try and figure something out. 

Last time I was able to get in I pened a ticket about this but no response and can't get in-game to see if there's a response.

Anyway thanks for trying to help I guess I'll just keep messing with it and maybe get lucky.

do you have a mobile phone you can tether to that computer and test using the gsm network (not local wifi)

    Not sure if this one can tether. I'll check tomorrow. 3am here and I gits to work tomorrow.

    Edit: just tried, I have to pay extra to use tethering and hotspo bah!
