Constant Lag Spikes and Disconnects
So for the past week I have been experiencing random lag spikes which will definitely be followed by a disconnect. This is a random occurence but it often happens 1-2 times an hour depending on my luck. Often times I will be unable to login again when I am kicked out and have to wait for some minutes or even restart my computer.
A disclaimer: I had gone with the delete bitraider + reinstall everything route before all the problems began. My current SWTOR version is 5.1.1 - the latest.
Bioware has an advice thread highlighted here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=498597#60. My response to it would be:
1. "Restart computer" I have DEFINITELY restarted my computer countless times to this. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But surely restarting the computer everytime this occurs can't be the solution can it?
2. "Reset Router" : Well I have been experiencing this issue on three different routers in three different places. Is this earnestly the issue? I have even ran an experiment with a stream on Twitch.tv on when playing and when lag spikes occur the chosen stream Twitch.tv has NEVER stopped.
3. "Try to connect with a cable" Well I've been playing fine for the past month and suddenly this occurs, so I don't think this is the issue. I have even been playing via wireless on two different modems which worked out well for a month before this issue began.
4. Firewall. See above.
5. Update your drivers. All updated.
6. VPN. Nope, not using one.
7. "TraceRoute and PathPing" My pingplotter data when the problem starts occuring can be found below:

I hope some rep could help me with this, as I am thinking of resubscribing to get content from level 50 onwards (haven't been playing in a while) and I simply am worried that this problem persists.
This one is showing some packet loss at the modem
You are going to have to test via ethernet cable , if it persists the ISP should be involved, from here the modem could be the issue or it is still a link issue with the modem being overwhelmed with errors.
