Constantly disconnected from servers (Star Forge)

Hello. I just got back from a long period away from SWTOR, and I never had any similar problems. Since I've been back (maybe 2 or 3 days) I've been constantly disconnected from the game servers to the server list, and sometimes the server list won't even show. Sometimes I'm able to play, although with severe lag, which is not normal, since my internet runs just fine. Since I came back, I changed only my video card (don't believe that's really useful) and I believe that the internet provider is the same, although I'm not sure. It's starting to get really annoying, it's IMPOSSIBLE to play. Please, help.

add and remove exceptions for launcher.exe and swtor.exe to antivirus and firewall to try and ensure they are not blocking the game.

then Grab www.pingplotter.com and set it graph to www.google.com , have this graphing and start the game and get it to graph while the lag occurs , then after that save that graph as a jpg image and insert it into a post here

It is showing a local network issue , as to the cause , if wireless at moment test with  Ethernet cable and see if the same occurs.

I can see you have double nat for some reason , ordinarily 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 are 2 different private networks, however given the packet loss and ping spiking is at hop 1 , need to test if wireless strength issue first up
