Crackling audio and Stuttering Video

Just did everything you referred to. Turned off all the pesky background apps, the DVR function and I also checked everything at the Realtek HD Audio manager. Everything is in order. I ran the gam for 5 minutes (my knight is on Tattooine) and I still have the same crackling sound at times. I don't have it on any other game. I checked the core temps and they are normal as on any game.
Directx9.0c installed?
Have you tried a repair?.. personally I would have expected a slight corroded or dirty connection or a basic driver fault with your system being as old as it is.. (Not a Bad Thing).

Yes, Directx9.0c is installed. I have already checked but there is no corrosion or any faulty hardware on the inside of the computer. A basic driver fault is possible, but we might get further if we know a bit more about OP's system. Maybe he has correlating hardware that is responsible for this issue.Sorry for the late reply guys, I am usually very busy during the day so I couldn't get the dxdiag until now.
I would like to say that I too have been over many threads for the issue and tried many things but none of them have worked. I'm not always sure someone is talking about the same problem but it does often sound similar. To make sure there isn't any confusion on whats going on, and maybe to provide some insight, I've got two videos showing whats going on.@CipherChain
Yeah I just watched the two videos, I have the exact same problem as you!- So after you install the redistributable do you add any files to the swtor folder and if so where at? I read it somewhere that you should.
First step would be reinstalling drivers.
Reinstall your graphics driver and your audio driver.
Uninstall them and reboot first before you install the replacement if you can for a fully fresh install.
If problem persists it may either be a software updates fault, or even the game itself if you don't experience this issue on any other game.
Much like my windowing issue.
