I have 2 characters that are "stuck" going to Ilum and Hoth. I was trying to go via shuttle and it goes to load screen then crashes and asks to send a crash report. Please tell me how to fix this thank you

Then email support@swtor.com and ask them to move those characters due to unable to load and see if that helps
It is on low, this is my character stuck somewhere and unable to get her back. I make it to loading screen and then get a crash report. Thanks
try lowering all gfx to low and update the video driver if available
issues with Hoth usually occur with systems below the minimum game requirement of 1GB dedicated Vram
