No idea but if you want to upgrade to windows 10 for free it expires at the end of this month.
At least you can eliminate an issue with the OS after upgrading.

EA QV Team@DemonicLord134 Since the crashes have extended to other games unrelated to SWTOR, this has gone outside of my scope unfortunately. @proxos666 seems to have a handle on brainstorming and steering you in the right direction, though.
- I don't care for the other games when it crashed I just uninstalled it for now. All I care about right now is to getting this game my favorite game of all time fixed. I plan to do a fresh reinstall of swtor when windows 10 is finnished loading
