crew skills missing

Hello. I was playing SWTOR, just got the latest update, and I checked my crew skills and it was gone. And companions don't even show up on my crew skills. I logged on to my character just like how I normally do and I clicked on the crew skills/companions and nothing showed up. I am confused, I checked some of the swtor forums and they said it was a UI problem and could be solved by pressing ctrlU twice, but that didn't work. I am a preferred player, if that's relevant, and I did buy the extra crew skill unlock in the Cartel Shop. Is there anyway for me to get this fixed?

    I guess need to see if others report this as an issue to ascertain if it is a general bug and needs a patch

    can try sending an email to support@swtor.com , provide username etc and hope they will at least check the server side data for you

    your side can only run a game repair

    Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
    If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.
     
    Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

    just updated the known issues sticky

    • Crew Skills are missing from the Crew Skills UI. Workaround: Open the Crew Skills window with the hotkey ("B" by default) and they will repopulate
