Been trying to recover my account, but phone number connects to a call center in India. Reps are no help and refuse to escalate, or give me any further information. If it isn't part of their script they won't help. Any way to reach out to US based tech support and get the issue resolved?

Unfortunately the policy as far as i am aware is that an account email can only be updated once if that email access is lost, if it occurs a 2nd time then it will not be updated.
A swtor account is tied to an EA account and that EA account would of used the same email address used to create the swtor account originally
