Customer Service advanced ERA

Question

Not sure where to start here as it has so far been a "journey"

I contacted CS about an issue with "Pure Sabacc" quest for 'PH4-LNX' after a few tickets I am now in the situation where I have advanced "ERA"s

I was in "Interlude" and now I am in "onslaught" the game play is very different between these 2 ERA. This occurred when a CS representative completed "Pure Sabacc" in the background. Screen shot attached.,

Multiple tickets later I am informed that I have completed "Pure Sabacc" and indeed "Handling the Handler" yet no mention of the fact I am now in a different era. I do NOT want to be in "Onslaught" I never asked to be and by no action of my own should I be.

Please advise

For this issue unfortunately cannot be fixed via the forums. The only options would be to submit an in-game ticket if you are a subscriber to see if this can be fixed.&nbsp; If your not a subscriber, you can try emailing mailto:support@swtor.com with your display name, character name and the issue.
