CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Deleted Character Restore

Dear Customer Service,

I deleted a character that had my Pioneer Armor Set of the helmet, pants, and chest piece on it and I need to get those back; probably with a character restore. I am F2P right now and I have no other way to reach you. My deleted character's name was Altaïr'yin and he was on the Harbinger server. Please help my get these pieces back.
