deactivate security key

Hello

I am trying to get back to this game, I haven't played in a couple of years.

However, my security key (I had an old Token) does not work anymore so I cannot login.

I cannot talk to support (deaf...) ... can I deactivate my security key?

so how do I get help?

I have the same issue, and when i try reset my password it says i cant because of the key and the FAQ says taht it should give you teh option for a one time password but doesnt

Same here. Can't reset my password because I don't have my security key anymore. Downloaded new security key, but when it asks for the serial number, i type in the serial number of the game i originally bought back in Nov. 2011 and it says the serial number has an illegal character. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions as to how to resolve this.

If you don't have your password and the security key, the only way is to call CS, you can use VoIP like Skype and if you can not call personally you can use an intermediary person you only have to give the necessary information to validate that you are the account owner.

The serial Number for the security key is not the same as the one for the game for more information look here:

Thanks for your reply, well if EA doesn't care about having an actual solution without involving me getting someone to do stuff for me or waiting hours to talk to some CS that does not want to understand my problem, I think I should spend my time with other entertainment possibilities.
