deleted character with unclaimed cartel items

does anyone have advice what i should do i bought 2 x 5500 cartel coins and spent 10000 and left them unclaimed deleted the character cause i wanted to remake the character. Didn't realise it was account wide now I've lost everything !! I am so distraught. I have emailed [edit: email address removed] given my username, my characters name that i deleted and the server i am on. don't know what else to do please any advice and help would be appreciated (the character i deleted had the same name as the new character i made ) thanks in advance
