Deluxe code error
As i've tried to redeem my code, the page gave me a error message and now it says that the code was already used, but i still on preferred state and i didn't receive any of the items, what can i do?
To fix the account issue, You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has been disabled and uses a gmail , and is a different email to what is used on your swtor account (and the ea account your posting on now (so it is not the EA account your posting on now)
The linked ea account used a gmail email address, but is a different email to the swtor email address and the ea account your posting with
use this link (insert the correct Gmail email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
This gmail had to of been used on the swtor account previously
let me know if you think you have it sorted and i can chase up the gametime
checking with support if the account is ok
what email you use on your swtor account doesnt matter , the linkage is made on the account creation, you can use different emails and passwords on the swtor and linked ea account
is why the linked ea account was using the old email address still
ok the swtor account is active again now so purchasing will work as intended now
The code you purchased, can you forward the email from EA that gave you the code ? to support@swtor.com, support need to see what the code actually is to provide the content purchased.
