Deluxe code error
As i've tried to redeem my code, the page gave me a error message and now it says that the code was already used, but i still on preferred state and i didn't receive any of the items, what can i do?
ok the swtor account is active again now so purchasing will work as intended now
The code you purchased, can you forward the email from EA that gave you the code ? to support@swtor.com, support need to see what the code actually is to provide the content purchased.

just for future, when emailing support it helps to include context and an account name when sending emails in, they get a lot of emails and different agents wouldn't know what the email is about
You will need to log out fully and back in for it to reflect ingame
you may get an email still asking you to call, if that happens just let them know it has been sorted
