I had a few questions where I called customer support. I ended up speaking to a supervisor (I will not post name here), this individual made me feel like I was worthless and like he didn't care about...
they did not give me a case number but the account display name is different then here. I gave eric all the information that I had just waiting on him to respond ty
I know they are busy but really 24 hours without even a hey we will get with you shortly?
