Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

So according to the purchase date you mention you should get them in 12 months

- @proxos666 It was a steam purchase, and yes I've sent them an email with the purchase verification attached as 2 screenshots showing the required evidence
