Didn't recieve item after Cartel purchase

Hello, I recently purchased something from the in-game Cartel store for 300 Cartel coins and got an error message and no product, so I figured I would get refunded my Cartel coins which never happene...

    First what I would do is in the Cartel Market is check the unclaimed items section in the bottom right corner to see if maybe the item is there.

    If not and you are a subscriber you can submit an in-game ticket by going to the gear icon in the menu and there should be an option for help.  There you can submit a ticket.

    Phone support however should still be able to provide a refund if there was an error.  I would double check your cartel coin log in swtor.com and if it shows deducted call back and advise them to see if you can get your refund.

    You can also try to email support@swtor.com along with submitting the in-game ticket.  It may take a few business days to get  a response but those are two options for you.
