DLC and no subsription

Question

Hello,I created my account in the 2015. I played on two characters till I was able with Free-To-Play account, I mean till 50 lvl. I don't know why, but when I get back to this account after a yearly break, I saw that I can make the third character. At this time I didn't really think about it, I just made a new character. I still had a Free-To-Play account. Just today it started to interest me, because I have the DLCs unlocked without any subscription or getting more CC. I can make characters through both of the DLCs but I can do only the Fallen Empire. I don't understand it. Can someone explain whats going on? Can it be related with Legacy Level?

When you are subscribed you get access to the currently released expansions, you keep this access when the subscription drops.

So in this case you have access to fallen empire which was released in 2015, when you previously subscribed. if you didn't subscribe well it must be an error&nbsp;🙂

If you re-subscribe for 30 days now , you will get access to all the new expansions and able to level to 70 as well
