Does EA Play/EA Play Pro include SWTOR subscription?

Does EA Play come with SWTOR subscription? If I buy EA Play/EA Play Pro - will that also include SWTOR subscription? Or are my options only SWTOR website/Steam?

I keep getting a new code everytime I try to log in and each time its not working it says invalid or something else I have checked to see if I can get on via the website and I can its legit this one...
