Does not send e-mail verification code to log on

I have been trying for two days to log on. I get to the screen to enter verification code sent by e-mail, which I don't receive now. I have done this probably hundreds of time with no trouble. I have not changed my e-mail, and it still listed as the same. I tried changing my password and even a fresh reinstall with no luck. I have always used the same e-mail address and it works for everything else and is not in in spam or trash. just no response for some reason. What do I do?
