Don't get a subscription through steam and EA doesn't want to help

I bought a subscription through steam this month I didn't get it even though they took the money out and I went to EA for help and they were useless in helping me even though I sent them the screenshots they said they weren't able to access them and are pretty much not helping me anymore Don't get a subscription it's a rip off.
