call swtor support when the lines are open, they may be able to assist with the EA account
otherwise click contact us at the bottom of this guide for a compromised account
Thank you, I managed to contact technical support via chat and my SWTOR account is no longer linked to that strange email address (I can now make purchases), but another problem has arisen. When I access my EA account information, I see that my email address has been changed by adding "old_" to the beginning. I tried to change it, but the code is sent to that address, so I'm not receiving it. I tried contacting technical support via chat again, but this time the option wasn't available (images attached).
I would greatly appreciate any help.
