Same problem here.
I thought perhaps I could fix it with the Origin privacy/mailing settings, but I definitely have the SWTOR option unticked, although Star Wars is ticked.
Well it's obviously a mistake that we're being sent a mail that's only intended for people who have registered for the game. It's highly frustrating that we don't have an option to fix it or really contact support directly.
It seems quite bad policy in general to put unsubscription behind a password wall at all, even without this mistake.
The previous newsletter to this one, I got three copies in three different languages. That was weird.
Oh hey, you guys are breaking New Zealand's Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007
I can report you to our Department of Internal Affairs if this doesn't get sorted out. That sounds fun!
(yeah, probably not as fun or effective as I'm imagining...I guess even the government would have trouble contacting Someone Who Can Fix Things at Electronic Arts)
Edit: more info, this is the latest E-Mail in question and this is where we get sent when we press the Unsubscribe link
You could give them a Call, methods of contact including VoIP are on the right side of the forum
try mailing to support@swtor.com.

I emailed support, but I guess because my address is not on the paid subscriber list, I got an auto response telling me I have to phone them. *sigh* I really don't want to spend money on this.

@spacebuggles thats odd, I am also not a paid subscriber but have not received a message back from them, might have to phone in also.
Will post reply......if I get one.

Look at the VoIP option that should be near to free.
Answers can take a while, can be a week.
