Email validation for subscriber?

Display name is SeveryxSo for some reason the game is requiring me to validate my email for having a character over level 20, but I am a subscriber and honestly cannot believe I have to validate an email for an account that pays money to play the game, as I have an email already entered in. Either way, the game won't let me play the character until I do it.The problem? I have entered my email twice and no validation email has been sent to me. Yes, I have already checked my spam folder. I know the emails from SW:TOR are&nbsp; S L O W&nbsp; to arrive, but I've been waiting over 40 minutes. I have also gone to my account's user info page as the in-game pop up says I can do it there as well, but there is no where to do this on my account page. My email is already entered there and it does not request validation.Edit: How long do in-game tickets usually take to be responded to? I have one open for this issue but has gone entirely unanswered as well.

Validation email is required regardless of subscription status. In order to not have to validate your email every time you log into the game, you can add a security key to your account as per here.&nbsp; Once added unless you reset your password, it won't request an email validation when you go to log in.

Responses to tickets vary from 2 - 3 business days.&nbsp; Note that if you submit a ticket as bug report, those do not get a response.

I already have a security key on my account and have not reset my password recently. I'm certain I had already validated some time in the past, I am not sure why I am being asked to do it again now.

I read through the link regarding receiving the validation email, I am absolutely floored that I have to use a temp email to validate as this seems a pretty massive security hole. I will try this, but I am sure I will continue with a subscription here if security is this loose.

Shame that ticket responses take that long, just another reason why this game might not be worth paying for. Thanks anyway.
