Error Code #10048
Really much more of an Origin issue then a SWTOR one. I've been trying to order a SWTOR subscription but I keep getting met with the same Error Code #10048 at the end of the transaction. I know it...

Appears to be an issue between your credit card verification and the website servers, talk to your bank first and see if there is a way around it.
ideally this will be an issue that you will have a better chance addressing via contacting Bioware directly via the phone or Skype

*The team that handle the phones are really quick and helpful in these areas, whole thing should take you less then 5 minutes if you use Skype.
Ahh, that's unfortunate. I was able to purchase a Sims 4 expansion pack with the same card less then a month ago, but back in Feb., I had this same issue. Oddly enough, with trying to order a SWTOR subscription package.
I'll see about trying to contact support, though I'll admit I haven't had good experiences in the past. Thank you for the number for Skype.
The big trick is to remain calm and allow them the opportunity to help, as the staff are always going to try their best to help you with whatever the situation, but they don't always have the answers in front of them and ultimately this appears to be a verification issue with the card so may be outside the area that is within there powers to help, but they will certainly assist as much as they can.
I personally love the fact that the calls are answered really quickly, here in NZ you can sit on hold for an hour+ in the queue when dealing with phone companies or other places, but Bioware have a sweet system set up where I think the longest call I have had total was still under 5 minutes.
