One thing I can see is Windows 10 is still running  14393 RS1 is this intentional ?

try first disabling the Intel video card it doesn't need to stay enabled Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics.

Then try the new AMD drivers at this link

Regarding the Windows 10 part: i wouldnt call it intentional, as i didnt manually stop windows from upgrading anything it tried to

So far disabling the Intel Card and updating the AMD Drivers seemed to do the trick though (which kinda surprised me since the the system kept telling me the drivers were up to date)

    Thanks a lot 🙂

Error code C7 is nothing to do with bad/ corrupt drivers, updates and or bad/ corrupt registry.

All it is shared files have been locked by back ground schedule services usually the index rebuilding, Windows defender checking and or anti-virus checks.

All you have to do is wait ten minutes and reopen the program again,

if the error reoccurs this indicates the service check is caught in a loop cycle just restart your computer and you can resume what your were doing.

There can be a number of reasons for C7 as it means for some reason the system isn't detected as meeting the minimum game requirements.

example of not meeting game requirements is at this link

It certainly could be something along the lines of what you have mentioned however there are other causes.

This can be things from a lot of different areas, ie hard drive space to processor used, amount of ram available to drivers etc on the system detected at launch

Eg. is when using nvidia the d3dstatus needs to display as enabled as shown in this thread link if a simple computer restart doesn't resolve this, re-installing the video driver will in that instance.
