Error code C7

I've played SWTOR for 2 years. I updated all video drivers and installed DirectX9 but nothing worked. I had my laptop run MechWarrior 3 recently maybe that's the reason I can't play SWTOR but I don't know how to fix it.

Anyone can help with the problem?
