Error during subscription purchase

Hello, im trying to purchase a subscription plan to my account but when I try to pay, there's a message saying that there is a problem with my card.

I have tried both, pay pal a credit and in both happens the same problem.

tried also to purchase from different pc and even from a mobile phone.

its strange because i was in a subscription before, and this time, when the 6 month limit came up, it just cancel, without me saying a word.

    To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that has been disabled, that account uses the same email used on your swtor account

    use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    It is not the email used on the ea account your posting here with now

    swtor account displayname ? need the account name as there is no swtor account linked to the ea account your posting on

    Guess i just wait till they "fix" it. thank you for sharing

    I too have had this issue, I sent Steam ALL the information they asked for, I have had 2 months of subscription time deducted from my bank account.

    Screen shots have been supplied to Steam.

    Steam have threatened to delete my account.

    I have made multiple purchases with the same credit card details I have ALWAYS used, the only thing on my accounts both Steam and SWTOR that has changed is my email address and that changed because the service provider failed to deliver the service provision they promised me after I paid my hard earned money for them to do so.

    I have been playing SWTOR off and on for over 10 years, and when playing I have always subscribed with the same details as mentioned above, expect for the last 2 and a bit months.

    I am a "preferred player" starting to feel that's nothing but Woke nonsense. 

    I should not have to make a phone call from Australia because SWTOR/EA Games and Steam refuse to collaborate, also considering my Steam and SWTOR account are "linked"....

    Some one from EA Games, please sort this out I don't like being threatened of account deletion for simply asking politely for some assistance, and hence my direct response here as a result of your business partners lack of service provision.

    Gametime will fail to apply to a swtor account if it is disabled for purchasing, not even support can add gametime whilst the account is disabled

    You do need to Email uncropped screenshots to swtor support per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message

    steam support are unable to help 

    Have flagged to see if the account issue can be resolved without calling, response will be in about 4 hrs when support are online for the day 

    if you do need to call , most mobile providers offer free calls  to UK and USA etc these days (except for ones like telstra) worst case use skype cost is about $2 for a 60 minute call

    example, My mobile plan costs $25 includes 22Gb data and gives me unlimited calls and texts to Bangladesh, Canada, China, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, UK & USA.

    Account is disable for purchasing, you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue you have 

    it should be a quick easy fix though 

    no gametime can be added to that account until fixed, only remaining option not to call is to create a new swtor account, link the steam account to the new swtor account, and resubmit the screenshots for the new swtor account, support can add the gametime to a new swtor account 

    the english lines open in about just over 4 hrs from the time of this post
