Used error reporter to generate files - not sure if that is automatically logged or if I need to follow up...
KOTOR installs and starts up exits post character generation - no error is given.
Most find if they disable "soft shadows" option and "frame buffer effect" option the game will work
quick google for crash after character creation brings a few results
EA StaffAre you writing about SWTOR or KOTOR? KOTOR is an old (but great) game that wasn't published by EA I'm afraid, so you wouldn't find help for it on this website.
KOTOR - its recently been added to the ORIGIN vault...
If they are logged I would assume automatically. If you navigate on your computer to where the game is installed in the origin folder is there is log folder?
