I need help with SWTOR it does not let me play i got a account i been playing for a while.it tells me "Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection. (206)"i have checked my connection i have turned my router off and back on i have restarted my PC I have no clue what to do now because i have did everything that i was told do my people and forums and now have no clue i have tried calling EA UK number and no one picked up i know it covid so i thought no one would be at the centers can a member of EA or someone who has had this problem help me because all i want to do is play the game. i put a picture below on what it says.

in the game folder is a log folder with launcher logs , post the latest

usually i would say antivirus , what do you use ?

ESET - disable protocol filtering

Kaperskey - disable scan secure/encrypted connection

Nortons (Firewall) set to allow not auto

also ensure the date / time is correct on the system , this looks like a cert issue

Have anyone found the answer to this issue?
IF it is Norton (firewall) how do I change the settings to accept the game?
IF it is a certificate issue - how do I fix it?
